Sunday the correct call time for chaperons is at 10:30 A.M |

First come first served and also payment has to be made no later than Tuesday Feb 2, 2010 |

Cougar Band and Cougarette members have been invited and have agreed to participate in activities related to Super Bowl. The schedule is as follow: Tuesday February 2nd & Wednesday February 3rd – 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm. PRACTICE @ Killian. BRING WATER Jugs for your personal use. Payment for buses for travel to Super Bowl Activities & Permission Slips = $60 [$30 a trip] due no later than Tuesday February 2nd BEFORE practice begins! Any student who has not completed payment by that date/time will be placed in alternate status! ITINERARY as of Wednesday January 27th, 2010…Subject to change. A) Friday February 5th – Call Time: promptly @ 11am. Depart from Killian for Nova and then Return ??? We are confirmed for one event at Nova and MAY participate in another event that evening. Organizers will confirm with Mr. Bixby. 1) If we participate in just one event on Friday = no instruments/marching only. Return after 5:30 pm Dress: BLACK PANTS. NO Blue Jeans. MUST BE BLACK PANTS with Black marching shoes, Black socks, Black Under-amour shirt or other t-shirt. An event T-shirt will be provided either when we arrive at Nova or possibly before. The same t-shirt will be worn on Super Bowl Sunday – be sure to clean, wash and have it ready to go for Sunday Super Bowl. Students will be informed. Bring Water jugs – no instruments. 2) If we participate in 2 events on Friday = Must ALSO bring instruments AND full band uniforms. Return after 10 pm. Bring Water jugs. Will need $$ to break for dinner. Bus cost $30 payable no later than Tuesday February 2nd BEFORE practice. B) Sunday February 7th Super Bowl Sunday – Call Time: promptly @ 11 am. No instruments. Marching only. Depart from Killian for Nova. Return after Half-time. Dress: Event T-shirt from Friday event – clean, washed and ready to go-BLACK PANTS. NO Blue Jeans. MUST BE PLACK PANTS with Black marching shoes, & Black socks. Bring Water jugs. The students WILL NOT be seated in stadium to watch Super Bowl. We will be seated to watch via TV for the time available. Bus cost $30 payable no later than Tuesday February 2nd BEFORE practice. |

Chaperons: First come first served. Numbers of chaperons that will be necessary is being coordinated now depending on number of students confirmed. Neither chaperons nor students will be seated to watch Super Bowl. Bus Cost for Chaperons = $10 [for each event] x 2 = $20.
