All the necessary forms for the Miami Killian High School, Marching Cougar Band 2011-2012 school year are accessible via download on this page. Every year, each student must complete a new set of forms. The deadline to turn in the completed forms is before the start of band camp, August 8th, 2011.

7. Fundraiser Form

 

Forms must be turned in to the "drop box" located in the band room or given to any of the Cougar Band Patron, inc. (CBPI) board members. Forms must be received by band camp or the student will not be able to attend marching band.
